[edit] Welcome! (with a bullet)....

I see you're working your way around things. A user page is the best way to learn, IMHO. My page is:

user:NDCompuGeek

If you want to use anything on my page as an idea, or to learn how to insert userboxes and the such. I believe that userboxes are the easiest way to show interest in something, plus it allows for categorization....

Anyhow, welcome! NDCompuGeek 21:11, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Intranational conflict

An editor has nominated Intranational conflict, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Intranational conflict and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. [edit] Your Afghan Article

Ancienthistory (it's better to refer to you as your username instead of your real-life name), I did some "wikifying" on your new Afghani article, I hope you don't mind. I took out the in-line link to the CIA World Book and put it at the end (the layout that is preferred on Wikipedia, from what I have seen), and linked in Wikipedia articles appropriate to the subject material. At least I hope they are appropraite, seeing as how I am VERY unknowledgable about the subject!

Man, how you know all this stuff still amazes me. I guess my interests are a little more self-serving: I love researching the USAF because I was a part of the USAF history (the 1st Iraq war, the fall of POMO, the toppling of SAC and the rise of ACC [still brings tears to my eyes]....).

Anyway, two options for a reply (if you want): one is to hit the little [edit] button next to this section header, all the way to the right of the page, or to go to my talk page (just follow the blue links....) and start a new section there. There really is no consensus on which you do, but it is usually "polite" (I think) if you reply to where the comment or quesion was made, in other words, here.
