[edit] "Portrayer"?

Can someone change "portrayer" to "actor"? The former sounds ridiculous. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.202.185.20 (talk) 15:28, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Merlin

Shouldn't Merlin have his own seperate page? After all, during the last few seasons of stargate sg-1, he has been certainly as influential as Oma Desala, and she has her own page. He certainly deserves his own page if you compare him with Pete Shanahan... Maartentje 16:00, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

I repeat the question, as the article is getting quite long... Another choice would off course be Orlin... Maartentje 21:59, 29 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Stargate

Is it explained anywhere in the series how the Ancients spread the stargates all over the universe? Nismojoe 21:09, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

No, it's not. But I think we can safely assume the Ancients placed gates on worlds they had colonized to facilitate travel between them. (using ships off course) Maartentje 02:32, 18 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Redirect

This redirect is non logical, after S10E11 - Quest part 2, Merlin definitely deserves an own page.

  • I would have to agree, as Merlin is a pivotal character in the Ori story arc, as well as one of two Ancients to appear on both shows. Any other thoughts? -- SFH 19:43, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

I've been saying that for months, so you won't get any argument from me.... Maartentje 19:57, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Other Ancients?

Seeing as we have allowed Hippaforalkus and Amelius to be added should we also add the Ancients from the Novels such as Ea, Dalera and Atlas or are they not considered cannon? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Redleader13 (talk • contribs) 18:22, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

I'm not sure that the books should be considered canon. Amelius and Hippaforalkus were characters with speaking parts created in the SG1 franchise by the creators of the SG1 franchise. As such they ARE canon. The books are 'expanded universe'. Proberton (talk) 04:37, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
