Anchal is a town in the province of Kerala, India. The town is 8 kilometers from Aayoor, 19 kilometers from Kulathupuzha, 12 kilometers from Punalur, and 7 kilometers from Philgiry and Thottam Mukku3 Km from Kannankodu, 4 km from Karukone, 2 km from Alencherry and 3 km from Muthalate. Anchal is renowned for its high number of hospitals and educational institutions.
