I see that Kentes has augmented the publication history of An Actor Prepares, which is great. I'm finding the present version a little confusing, though. As far as I'm aware, the volumes were published in Russian in the way described (though the description isn't crystal clear). The two volumes are An Actor's Work on Himself, Parts One and Two (Rabota Aktiora nad Soboj) and An Actor's Work on a Role (Rabota Aktiora nad Rolju). The first volume (I think just part one) was published in 1938 in Russia, but I'm not sure about part two or the second volume. I'm taking my info from Jean Benedetti's Stanislavski and the Actor and Sharon Carnicke's Stanislavski in Focus. DionysosProteus 15:28, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
