Pet Alien: An Intergalactic Puzzlepalooza is a puzzle game developed by Shin'en Multimedia and published by The Game Factory on July 30, 2007 in North America for the Nintendo DS. It is based on the computer animated television series Pet Alien.
[edit] Gameplay
In An Intergalactic Puzzlepalooza you control the five aliens Dinko, Gumpers, Flip, Swanky and Scruffy. They all have their special abilities, and the purpose of the game is to utilize these abilities in order to obtain certain gems that lie scattered around various levels. The player starts out controling Gumpers, and as the player progresses throughout the game, the other aliens become unlocked.
The game centers around five aliens and their quest to save their Earthling friend Tommy Cadle, who has been kidnapped by the evil Robotix. The aliens and Tommy Cadle are taken into space in Robotix's space ship, where the aliens have to overcome numerous obstacles in order to save their friend.

An Intergalactic Puzzlepalooza's reception was relatively mixed. It received an average score of 5.0/10 at IGN,[1] while the video game magazine Nintendo Power gave it an 8/10 score.[2] The game attained an average ratio of 56% at Game Rankings.[2]
