Blues Anytime II: An Anthology of British Blues is a compilation album of British blues songs released in Japan in 2006 by JVC. The album was issued on CD in a mini LP sleeve with an obi strip.

The album combines two compilation albums that were originally assembled by Immediate Records: Blues Anytime Vol. 3: An Anthology of British Blues from 1968 and Blues Leftovers from 1969. The 2006 Japanese release is differentiated from the similarly titled 1968 Immediate Records album Blues Anytime Vol. 2: An Anthology of British Blues, since it does not have "Vol." in the title and uses the Roman numeral "II" instead of an Arabic numeral. None of the tracks from Blues Anytime Vol. 2 appear on Blues Anytime II. However, these songs were included on another 2006 JVC release titled Blues Anytime I: An Anthology of British Blues.

The front cover album artwork is the same as that on Blues Anytime Vol. 2 except for the text, since the album titles differ slightly. The original front cover artwork from Blues Leftovers appears on the back of Blues Anytime II along with text showing the track listing.
