[edit] Personal life

Does anyone have any evidence to suggest that Amy dated Shane in the summer of 2006? I read the article and I didn't see when they started dating being mentioned. It might be a trivial thing but if there's no proof, then it should be taken out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dangarden (talk • contribs)

That information is cited, so it should not be taken out. If you clock on the article it is cited to, there is an interview where they talk about their relationship quite heavily. Also, new posts go at the bottom of talk pages, and add ~~~~ at the end of your posts to sign it. Thanks. Nikki311 16:30, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

I really think it should go. I've read the interview, it said they formed the Luchagors in summer 06 but doesn't mention when they started the relationship. I know it's only a small thing but it should really be as accurate as possible and without confirmation, it shouldn't be there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dangarden (talk • contribs) 16:40, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Rock band

In the introduction, I read this : "After her retirement from wrestling in 2006, she became the lead singer of punk rock band The Luchagors. The band released their self-titled CD, The Luchagors on September 11, 2007." But she was the lead singer of that band way before retiring from wrestling. Someone can fix that if I'm right. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.140.145.185 (talk) 12:56, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pre-GA Review comments

I looked through the article, and it's looking great. A few things that I wanted to mention, though, are:

  • In the 2002-2003 section, Lloyd Youngblood is referred to as "the official leading surgeon". I'm a little confused. Is he WWE's official leading surgeon, Dark Angel's leading surgeon, or is this referring to something else altogether? The article doesn't make this clear.
    • Y Done Someone else added that, and I don't know the answer to your question...I removed it. Nikki311 20:36, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Later in that paragraph, the phrasing is a little awkward. "...making appearances on Sunday Night HEAT as a color commentator from October 2002." Does "from" mean "beginning in"?
    • Y Done-clarified.
  • The mention of Lita breaking Stratus' nose could benefit from the addition of "kayfabe" or "legit".
    • Y Done Nikki311 20:36, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
  • A couple of items in the Personal Life section seem like they could be combined into larger paragraphs. Could the breast augmentation be moved to right after (or before) the tattoos?
    • Y Done Nikki311 20:36, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
  • Is there a reference available for the Headbangers Ball appearance?
    • Y Done-added 2:one may or may not count as WP:RS, the other does

These issues are fairly minor, but the article as a whole is really well done. Good job. GaryColemanFan 16:24, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

I fixed two, ticked em offxC | 17:14, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Comment - Youngblood isn't official, I think. He's just the best at what he does, and happens to be the guy all the wrestlers go to when they're messed up.
Shifting of paragraphs - support. If another editor supports, I'll go ahead and shift em.xC | 17:26, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Litacanrana only used on male wrestlers?

Ref this edit.

Xxbulldogxx pointed out to me that lita only does this move in the diving version to the male wrestlers, as its too dangerous to perform on the female. i agree it does seem logical, but im not convinced that she only performed it on males. probably, sometime in her career, soom female got whacked by it too?

also, a move is characterised by what the wrestler does. the move is not affected by who it is done to. so its name shouldnt be affected either, nor should we differentiate it by gender.

those were my thoughts on it. would appreciate all editors opinions on this, thanksxC | 00:33, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

Lita has never performed a top rope hurricarana on another diva. She always uses the headscissors take down version in the ring against the women. I've been watching wrestling even before Lita came in and have seen every one of her matches, I've never seen her perform it on a woman. Also, there are no reliable houseshow reports that would suggest that she's performed it on any woman at houseshow events either. Given her weight and height, the only person able to support her would be Chyna which she's definitely never performed it on. While I think Molly, Jazz and Jacqueline are strong enough to take the move from her, Lita is a good three-four inches taller than them. The opponent needs both strength and a height advantage to perform the move safely which is why Lita has never performed it before and she's never attempted it against a woman either. -TK —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.247.18.169 (talk) 06:00, 25 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] WWE Return

Should this article mention that she will make an appearance on RAW's 15th anniversary? Lee 00:34, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

Articles shouldn't mention future events, so maybe it can be added after (if) it happens. Then, I think it should only be mentioned if she does something worth noting. If she's on-screen for 2 seconds and doesn't say anything...it's probably best left out. Nikki311 00:59, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

Lita came out to the ring on Raw's 15th anniversary show. She threw Jillian Hall out of the ring with Trish Stratus' help. Stratus and Lita then hugged each other, making an apparent face turn. Also, Lita celebrated at the end of the anniversary show with everyone present.96.230.235.163 (talk) 15:06, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Tattoos

During Amy's return to RAW it could be clearly seen that she had two new tattoos both on her left arm one was of a number of black and red skulls and the other apeared to be something of a similar nature wrapping around her arm closer to her elbow. I know that my descriptions are obviously not encyclopedic material but surely more research to the nature of the tattoos should be done and the tattoo section updated. The following is a hyperlink to a picture which clearly shows both tattoos. http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/rawphotos/6032350/. Thanks Lauren771 (talk) 07:17, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Height

Not that it would make much difference, but on Amy's Myspace she has her height listed as 5'7, not 5'6. Would this need to be changed at all, or I am just looking at too many details?

The height listed is her "billed height", not her "real height", so that may be where the difference is. Nikki311 19:29, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
