Amy Robach (born 1973 in Michigan) is an anchor at MSNBC. She joined the network in 2003 from WTTG-TV in Washington, D.C. In addition to her hosting duties as anchor for MSNBC Live, Robach is a co-host of Weekend Today, with Lester Holt (appearing as Saturday co-host) and substitute host of Weekend editions for both Today and Nightly News. Robach is also a guest host on the weekday Today Show, and occasionally fills in for Keith Olbermann on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. She graduated from the University of Georgia with high honors in Broadcast Journalism.

She lived half of her childhood in St. Louis, spent nine years in Georgia, and moved on to South Carolina, Washington, D.C., and the New York area. She was a competitive gymnast for 7 years as a child. She lives in Manhattan with her husband Tim and their two daughters. Amy is a cousin of former Snellville, Georgia Nashville Star contestant Matt Lindahl; both have appeared on Imus in the Morning. She mentioned that her allergies were so bad that she briefly tried taking six allergy shots per week. On the February 9, 2008 episode of the Today Show she mentioned she has a fear of clowns, Coulrophobia.
