Amy Jacobson

Amy Jacobson was a general assignment reporter for WMAQ, the NBC television affiliate in Chicago, Illinois, USA, from 1996[1] to 2007.
On July 6, 2007, a videotape of Jacobson (was on YouTube, but later removed), clad in a bikini, and her children at the home of Craig Stebic, husband of Lisa Stebic, a missing woman, was made public[2] by WBBM, the local CBS affiliate. Ms. Jacobson had been covering the story of Ms. Stebic's unexplained disappearance.
On July 10, 2007, Jacobson and WMAQ negotiated her exit, following an investigation by the station.[3]
Prior to joining WMAQ, Jacobson worked at WJBK-TV in Detroit, Michigan, KVIA-TV in El Paso, Texas, KOLD-TV in Tucson, Arizona, and KSAX-TV in Alexandria, Minnesota.[4]
She has also appeared on the Today show four times. [4]
Jacobson, a native of Mt. Prospect, Illinois, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in broadcasting and film.[4]
As of June 6, 2008 was working on the Roe Con show on WLS 890 AM radio
