Before starting her professional career, Hall took a BA in English Literature at the University of Wales, Swansea before training and studying for an MA in Performance at Drama Centre, London, graduating in 2006, where she appeared in productions of Macbeth and The Seagull.

Hall's work in theatre includes: Present Laughter[1] and The Hour We Knew Nothing Of Each Other[2] at the National Theatre, London and We That Are Left[3] at the Palace Theatre, Watford.
