[edit] Punjabi Spelling

Could somebody with access to Punjabi fonts please correct the Punjabi spelling of 'Amrita' ? Thanks The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.159.84.202 (talk • contribs) 17:12, 27 January 2006 (UTC).

The spelling is correct. The reason you see it incorrectly is because your browser is not correctly set up for Indic scripts. See Wikipedia:Enabling complex text support for Indic scripts. Sukh | ਸੁਖ | Talk 17:45, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
Sukh - you are very correct, I can see the Punjabi spelling correctly on an IE browser but not on (my default) Firefox browser. Mea culpa, and thanks for enlightening me. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 66.159.84.202 (talk • contribs) 20:39, 29 January 2006 (UTC).
No problem! Firefox should render it fine on Windows XP if you've followed the steps to enable system wide support. It won't work on Windows 2000 or anything older. Sukh | ਸੁਖ | Talk 20:49, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Date of Death

The article says '31 October' ... P.N.Review 167 states '31 August' ... does anyone have a source supporting '31 October' ?? Stumps 15:15, 9 June 2006 (UTC)

Yes, here are two sources that confirm it is October 31st [1] and [2] Kguneet 06:57, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Nagmani

Nagmani was a literary journal that she started and edited. It should be removed from the list of Novels and listed separately. Here are the sources that confirm this: [3] [4] [5] Kguneet 07:11, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
