Ampullospirinae

Ampullospirinae is a subfamily of the caenogastropod family Naticidae. The Ampullospirinae include almost entirely extinct species. It was a major worldwide naticid group during last Mesozoic and early Tertiary and associated with tropical or subtropical faunas.
