Amplified Heart is the eighth studio album by alternative dance group Everything But The Girl.
Primarily an acoustic-driven set[1], Amplified Heart brought EBTG to mainstream audiences via the dance-floor remix of "Missing". Ultimately peaking at #2 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart in early 1996, "Missing" spent more than a year gaining airplay and exposing EBTG to US and worldwide audiences.
