Seka (Thai: เซกา) is a district (Amphoe) in the eastern part of Nong Khai Province, northeastern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the west clockwise) Phon Charoen, Si Wilai, Bueng Kan, Bung Khla, Bueng Khong Long of Nong Khai Province, Na Thom of Nakhon Phanom Province, Akat Amnuai, Kham Ta Kla and Ban Muang of Sakon Nakhon Province.

The main river of the district is the Songkhram River. The Phu Wua Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the district.

The district is subdivided into 9 subdistricts (tambon), which are further subdivided into 131 villages (muban). There are two townships (thesaban tambon) - Si Phana covers parts of tambon Seka, and Tha Sa-at covers parts of the same-named tambon. There are further 9 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
