Amlaki FZ-LLC was created in October 2000 at the Dubai Internet City with the objective of developing professional tools for the Real Estate Industry. Using the latest technology and providing it at an affordable cost, Amlaki aims to help the industry utilise the technology effectively and improve returns of the core business.

Ever since its creation, Amlaki has been growing along with the Industry, delivering excellence and Best Practices to over 400 leading industry players in the region.

Amlaki was awarded the 2005 Arch of Europe International Quality Award for Technology in Frankfurt, Germany.  It is the first UAE software company to receive a European award for technology products and services.

Amlaki is present in five continents, with offices and operations in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Germany, Great Britain, Australia, Malaysia and Chile.

Amlaki was also rated the number 4 independent IT Company in the Middle East by the IT Weekly International Top 100 during GITEX 2005.
