[edit] Question about anti-vandalism tools
Hi AmiDaniel!
I am an admin of a small gaming wikia. We don't really have a serious vandalism problem (we only had 3 such instances in the past week), but given the small number of editors, it's much easier for such cases to go unnoticed. That's why I was taking a look at various anti-vandalism tools.
I realized that in addition to fighting vandalism, they may present an excellent way to simply monitor changes to the wiki. So that I know when someone got confused with out complicated templates, or created an interesting page, or made an interesting comment, etc.
Among the current anti-vandalism tools, would you say any might actually serve this dual purpose?
And do you know any tools that would work on Wikia? (I believe your tool only works on wikipedia.)
Thank you,
Mmoroz (talk) 02:53, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] VP Breaking bug
Sorry to contact you directly about a bug but it's something of a programme breaker that's been reported on both the new bug tracker a month or so ago as well as on the VP bug reporting page on WP. There seems to be a large amount of people (myself included) whose username logged in is not recognised and who cannot log in on the VP login box when the programme is opened. Are you aware of this and do you know if there's a fix in the works a all? BigHairRef | Talk 23:58, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Search box position
Hi! Since you participated in the last discussion about where the "search" box should be located, I wanted to let you know that I've started another thread on the topic at Wikipedia:Village pump (proposals)#Move the search box directly beneath the puzzle globe. —Remember the dot (talk) 03:34, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
