[edit] Reasons for removing WP:PROD

While an English Google seach reveals mixed results -- one of the top sites seems to be the poet's own Web site -- this may well be because he does not write in English. His winning the Sahitya Akademi Award as well as numerous other awards as stated in the article more than satisfies the notability requirement. Shawn in Montreal 20:21, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
