Rationale: This advertisement shows how 112 Ocean Avenue was advertised prior to being bought by George and Kathy Lutz in 1975. The house became famous as the site of The Amityville Horror, and the image is used to illustrate the article. I have erred on the side of caution in listing the image as copyrighted, since it is a small clip from a newspaper used for review purposes. The image quality is also low. --Ianmacm 07:07, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
