Amity Lane is a four-piece alternative metal and alternative rock group from Montgomery, Alabama. The band features two former members from the gold-selling music group Trust Company, vocalist Kevin Palmer and bassist Josh Moates.

Amity Lane was formed in 2005 by Kevin Palmer and Josh Moates, both members of the gold selling music group Trust Company.

Initially a three-piece group featuring Kevin Palmer's wife, Layla Palmer, the band signed on Jason Rash to play noiseboards, before inking a deal with Corporate Punishment Records on May 15, 2006.[1]

The band's debut album The Sound of Regret was released on on October 31, 2006.

In 2007, Trust Company announced it was reuniting and would release an album in 2008. It is unknown if Amity Lane will continue or disband.
