Amietophrynus kerinyagae is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, heavily degraded former forest, and seasonally flooded agricultural land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
