Ami can be seen in the promotional video entitled Body of Work which depicts the inspirational origins of the first ever Body for Life Challenge in 1997.

[edit] Survivor: Vanuatu

At the final six tribal council, Cusack was the thirteenth contestant voted off of Survivor: Vanuatu. Ami was the fourth member of the jury. Despite the fact that Twila betrayed her, she still voted for Twila to win the $1 Million and the title of Sole Survivor. Cusack respected Twila's ability to give honest answers at the final tribal council.

[edit] Survivor: Micronesia

Cusack appeared on Survivor: Micronesia, the sixteenth season of Survivor, which began airing on February 7, 2008. She was one of ten recurring favorites on the Malakal tribe.[1] Probst commented on Cusack, "Ami will betray you; she'll do whatever it takes to get deeper in the game." [2] Cusack was the eighth contestant to be voted out of the competition.
