[edit] Italics
Should eliminated contestants be put in italics until the competition is over? There is no way to differentiate between the person listed last because of the last name (i.e. Brook White) and the person who was most recently eliminated. It wouldn't be permanent, just until the end of the season, but I just wanted to get anyone's opinion before I drastically change anything. CoolKid1993 (talk) 20:56, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
- Templates are for permanent use, not just for this season. There is no reason to do something like that when it's being placed on the article in which it's getting it's main use. It's redundant and sort of pointless to be honest. I highly doubt that anyone gets the finishing order from the template anyway. That's not it's purpose or it's main use. It's purpose is to be used as a navigation tool. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 15:54, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Please fix the order
Please either make sense by alphabetically listing or indicating why they are in some random order. Only fans of the show would even know this order and they don't need this template for that information. Templates are for navigation, we should make it easier for people to find one of the singers I doubt it's needed to put them in 2nd through 10th place but if you insist on doing so then make it clear on the template. Alphabetical order makes more sense to me. 71.139.50.253 (talk) 18:21, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] The final look
Let's not use "winner" and "runner up". Nor should we list the semi-finalists. Why? Because almost all will never have an article on the site. As for winner and runner up, we don't do that with the other season articles. The order tells the tale. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 05:14, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
