I removed the speedy delete nomination. This is a normal article for this kind of subjects, see for example Category:Systems science societies.

The thing is that organizations like this play an important role in the developement of scientific theory and the organization of scientific field. In this case in the field of cybernetics. This "American Society for Cybernetics" itself is allready mentioned more then 20 times in Wikipedia in different kinds of articles, which means this subject is more then notable. -- Marcel Douwe Dekker (talk) 14:56, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
