[edit] Proposed Merges

I am proposing that the two articles relating to the constituent parts of this organisation are merged into this one. This is because the information is substantially similar in places (for example, the heads of the groupings are all the same) and, most important of all, I think this central article could become one, very smart article with enough information to make for an informative read, whilst at present I feel that the information is very thinly spread across three articles.
