How about adding current officers?

If we have so many diffrent kinds of Cryptograms and what not, how come nobody has ever noticed the computer based cryptograms that don't require such programs to crack, but common knowledge?? A figure of a certain common knowledge one would be the Keyboard Cryptogram... Can anybody solve this??:

Image:ACA logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
