[edit] Sugarplum?

I came here looking for the definition of "sugarplum" as in "While visions of sugarplums danced in their heads". Yet "sugarplum" is only mentioned as an alternate name for the plant. I always assumed "sugarplums" were candied plums. This makes it sound like they are something else. What? —Ben FrantzDale (talk) 17:20, 30 December 2007 (UTC)

I found the candy, sugar plum, and added a disambiguation link. Still, some clarification would be useful. Why are these called sugarplums? —Ben FrantzDale (talk) 17:24, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
