I see Ronald Jensen is on the list. Is he actually American? booth.adam 14:08, 14 November 2006 (PST).

How do I add a logician? I have in mind Gerald E. Sacks - he is a prof. at Harvard, there is a prize given in his name, and he is probably the greatest recursion theorist alive.

[edit] subcat problem

I think there's a bit of an issue with the category memberships here. Currently this category is a subcat of Category:American mathematicians and Category:U.S. philosophers. However not every logician is a mathematician, and not every logician is a philosopher, even though almost every logician is at least one of those two. So some of these people may be hereditarily categorized where they don't really belong. --Trovatore 21:11, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
