Americas Best Value Inn

Americas Best Value Inn is an American limited lodging hotel chain operated by Vantage Hospitality Group. The company was named the fastest growing hotel chain in America in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 by Lodging Hospitality Magazine[1]. In 2003, 2005, 2006, and 2007 the company was awarded the National Chain Leadership Award by Lodging Hospitality Magazine.

The chain is in its seventh year of operation. Originally founded as Best Value Inn, the company changed its name in 2005 to Americas Best Value Inn. Transition to the new name will take place through 2007.
The chain was founded by Roger Bloss, CEO and president; Bernard Moyle, chief operating officer and chief financial officer; Gene Kordoban, director of membership development; Louis Fisher, group president; Barry Greer, general contractor; and Peter Frantz, marketing director.

Vantage Hospitality Group, formerly Cal-Vegas Properties, was founded in 1996. Since then, the company has grown to include a broad spectrum of hospitality-related ventures. Vantage manages resources in hotel ownership, management, marketing, national brand affiliation and real estate. In February 2005, Vantage added the global central reservation system GenaRes to its portfolio. In 2006, the group opened its first Chinas Best Value Inn in Shanghai, with many more expected throughout the region before the 2008 Olympics.
Posting revenue growth of 307 percent between 2003 and 2005, Vantage Hospitality is the only hotel company to be recognized on the Inc. 500 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies[2].
