ATC was by founded by inventor/entrepreneur Elwood "Woody" Norris as a Utah corporation in 1980 (entity # 734088-0142).[1] From 1988 to early 1992 the Company was inactive. Norris recapitalized ATC as a Delaware Corporation in 1992.[2]

  • HyperSonic Sound (HSS) technology which uses ultrasonic energy to focus sound to the intended listener and nowhere else.
  • NeoPlanar and SoundSaber products which put out an intelligible column of sound and are used in outdoor and in-building mass communication systems.
  • Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) which is a high-intensity directional acoustic array designed for long-range communication and unmistakable warning.[3]
