American McGee's Alice Original Music Score is a soundtrack album for the video game American McGee's Alice, and was released on October 16, 2001. It features all 20 original compositions by former Nine Inch Nails live drummer Chris Vrenna, spanning over a 2-disc set, including a previously unreleased theme as well as a remix of "Flying on the Wings of Steam".
The album versions sound somewhat different from their presentations as the background music in the game. There is also background music in the game that is completely absent from the album such as the music from the Dry Landing level. In contrast, the album track "Taking Tea in Dreamland" is not even featured in the game. The track listing also deviates from the order in which the songs are featured in the game. Also, the game's original opening is not featured on the album, though some of the dialogue from it is used in the first track, "Falling Down the Rabbit Hole".

[edit] Trivia
- The Queen of Hearts is erroneously referred to as the Red Queen in the title of her theme on the soundtrack ("Battle With the Red Queen"). This mistake however, is not the first time in the franchise's history that the Queen of Hearts and the Red Queen have been attributed as the same character.
