American Latino TV

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

American Latino TV is an award winning nationally syndicated television program formerly produced by the AIM Tell-A-Vision Group, a New York based production and syndication company that helped establish the business model of producing content for U.S. born, American Latinos beginning in 2001. The weekly magazine and culture lifestyle program showcases American Latino culture by representing the U.S. born Latino market in English. The show can be seen in over 100 cities in over 92% of U.S. Hispanic homes (and 65% of all TV homes) across the U.S. on a number of tv affiliates, as well as in reruns on Cable networks, DVDs, the Internet and internationally in the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada. The show often airs in tandem with its sister program LatiNation and its series of specials titled American Latino Presents Specials including The American Latino Awards.

In January of 2008, the syndicated programs were acquired by LATV Networks LATV, the nation’s first bilingual entertainment/music network distributed via digital multicast. The broadcast syndication division continues to operate under the LATV Networks umbrella with offices located in New York City and Los Angeles, California.
