Tucson Theological Seminary, formerly American Institute for Biblical Studies[1] is a non-denominational seminary founded in 2005 as a ministry service of Abbey Ministries at Teen Challenge.

Theology classes emerged as an overflow from the GED classes and the jobs services program being offered to the men at Teen Challenge through Abbey Ministries[2]. The seminary's first class was comprised mainly of Teen Challenge students and staff. As the seminary grew, Tucson Theological Seminary found a new seminary home at Victory Worship Center, pastored by Zane Anderson, and located in Tucson, Arizona. Tucson Theological Seminary teaches traditional theology. The seminary's philosophy is to offer seminary classes to all individuals seeking a seminary education by offering low tuition and graduating students into the ministry field quickly. The seminary ordains its graduates through American Evangelistic Association [3]. Tucson Theological Seminary has chosen an education model of being a multi-site seminary. Through internet broadcasts, this enables different church classrooms around the country to be connected as one seminary. All TTS campuses receive the same teaching messages via the internet from the main campus located in Tucson, Arizona.
