American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology

The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI) is the largest medical specialty organization in the United States. It deals with issues of allergy at all levels, including asthma and immunology.

Founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1943, AAAAI has over 6000 members from the US, Canada, and sixty other companies. They deal with allergy issues related to drugs, food, animals, latex, pollen, and insect stings.

There are three journals and one book published periodically by the AAAAI, including the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, The Allergy Report, The Pediatric Asthma Guide, and The Asthma and Allergy Medication Guide.
