[edit] Habeas corpus submissions

Amer Mohammon is one of the sixteen Guantanamo captives whose amalgamated habeas corpus submissions were heard by US District Court Judge Reggie B. Walton on January 31, 2007.[1]

[edit] Official list

The Department of Defense initially planned to keep the identities of the Guantanamo captives secret. But the DoD was forced, by court order to release a list of the captive's names on May 15, 2006.[2] Amer Mohammon is notable because his name is missing from that list, at least by that spelling.
