A template for bio articles, especially of people with "negative" bio information or common names, where we wish to ensure that readers do not assume that "John Smith" (a mass murderer and fraudster) is their John Smith, who lives down the road from them or is running for local government.

This is probably a fairly widespread issue, so a template will have uses.

Format:
