Ambriz is a city and municipality in Bengo Province, Angola.
The Population of Ambriz is in Majority Bakongo Origin, with some Portuguese descedents. Also, You find a good number of Ovimbundu and Kimbundu etnic group descedents.
Fishing is the traditional activity and low scale agriculter activity. In the past, Ambriz had an Oil and Gas Platform assemblying Yard (PETROMAR), which was destroyed as result of 1992 War. The base is in reconstruction, giving jobs to Young people.
