Amber Holland (born c. 1974 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian curler from Regina, Saskatchewan.

At the 1992 Canadian Junior Curling Championships, Holland skipped Team Saskatchewan to a national championship. Her team of Angela Street, Tracy Beach and Cindy Street defeated Northern Ontario (skipped by Tara Coulterman) in the final. This gave the team a berth at the 1993 World Junior Curling Championships where they would represent Canada. However, they lost in the final to Scotland (skipped by Kirsty Hay).

Since then, Holland has failed to win a provincial championship of any kind, but has continued to perform well on the Women's World Curling Tour. She won her first Grand Slam event at the 2008 Players' Championships, defeating Krista McCarville^[1].

Holland's lone Hearts appearance was as an alternate for Cindy Street's team at the 1999 Scott Tournament of Hearts.

Holland works as the Technical Director for the Saskatchewan Curling Association.
