Alzoniella slovenica is a species of very small or minute freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Hydrobiidae, which are sometimes known as the snouted water snails.

It is found in White Carpathians. It is endemic species in Moravia (Czech Republic) and in Slovakia.

Its conservation status in the Czech Republic is endangered[2] [3] and it is „rare“ in Slovakia.[4]

It is not listed in IUCN red list - not evaluated (NE).[5]

It is crenobiotic species. It lives in groundwater and it can be found in water wells.
