Alzate Brianza is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 35 km north of Milan and about 10 km southeast of Como. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,815 and an area of 7.7 km².[1]

The municipality of Alzate Brianza contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Fabbrica Durini, Mirovano, and Verzago.

Alzate Brianza borders the following municipalities: Anzano del Parco, Brenna, Cantù, Inverigo, Lurago d'Erba, Orsenigo.
