His passion for the piano, however, began during his childhood when, at the age of 7, had already started his public performances and two years later came his first prize: the Medalha de Ouro of the Government of the State of São Paulo for Young Talents.
In between 2004 and 2006, in Argentina, Siviero was invited to participate in events related to the promotion of Paraná classical music and with its cultural integration towards the South States of Brazil and countries of South America. During this time, he kept close contact with pianists such as Maurizio Pollini and Martha Argerich, in Switzerland, and Till Felner, in London.
In 2007, crowning his devoted artistic career, Siviero was invited to perform in an exclusive recital to the Pope Benedikt XVI, during the days the Pope was in Brazil. During the recital he played works by German, Polish and Brazilian composers.
Alvaro Siviero was the Artistic Director of important seasons of concerts in Brazil such as at the Embratel Convention Center and at the Teatro Palácio Avenida - HSBC, in Curitiba.
