[edit] Career

Being just a little 6-years-kid has always felt an attraction to the music world, but he couldn't make it for personal reasons. At the age of 15 he began to play the classic guitar, changing to bass at his 16. From there began his musical career passing by a wide variety of rock bands, as well as attending classes with people of the stature of Alfredo Morán (John Falcone, Catarsis Jazz Quartet). When he 19 old he met Víctor García, entering to form part of WarCry from 1997-98, until Víctor left to be a part of Avalanch after their recording of the album "Llanto De Un Héroe". At that time, along with members of WarCry, he tried to continue with the band having no results, so a year later he formed Darna.

After recording their self-titled debut album "Darna", working on the band for three years, and sharing the stage with different bands like Dark Moor and Ñu (es), Víctor García (After his departure from Avalanch and having recorded the album WarCry) asked him again to join WarCry once again, becoming part of the band and recording their second album "El Sello De Los Tiempos".

On December 12, 2003, Victor communicated, in WarCry's website about Alvaro's departure: "After the conclution of our concert on Sala Quattro in Avilés and last tour of El Sello De Los Tiempos, our bassist Alvaro Jardón, informed us his decision of leaving the band. He decided to say goodbye to all the fans: "For personal and musical reasons, I have decided to leave WarCry. I would like to thank those who have supported me during these years and those who bought the discs in which I participated. I hope we meet again in future projects".
