This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Armando12 feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution still of an anime;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
• it allows for identification of the character: Alucard (Hellsing);
• it illustrates the character and the anime in question and aids commentary on the plot outline and controversy surrounding them.
