Infobox disclaimer and references

Aluminium selenide is the chemical compound Al2Se3. This solid is prepared from the reaction of the elements. Al2Se3 has been used as a precursor to hydrogen selenide, which is released when the solid is treated with acids. It should be stored away from moisture and air as it is hydrolytically unstable.
