Aluminium monoxide

Aluminium monoxide, or aluminium(II) oxide, is a compound of aluminium and oxygen with the chemical formula AlO. It is also called aluminium monooxide or oxidoaluminium. Its spectrum exists in the infrared region and it is believed to exist in circumstellar matter.
