Moyen pratique de constrter la correction de l'attitude et de reconnaitre l'ensellure et les défauts de la ligne de l'abdomen: Se placer le dos contre une muraille verticale. A gauche: forme normale de la ligne de l'abdomen et des reins. Le ventre est en dedEns d'une verticale passant par la pointe du sternum, en cas d'absence de graisse. A droite: légère ensellure. Ventre pendant bien caractérisé par une sorte de

bosselure sur le bas-ventre.
