Altiphrynoides osgoodi is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family that is endemic to Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
It is threatened by habitat loss.
