Altin Haxhi (born 17 June 1975) is an Albanian footballer. He currently plays in defence for APOEL F.C. and the Albanian national team. APOEL FC recently signed him in the January transfer window.

Haxhi's former clubs includeKS Luftëtari Gjirokastër, Panachaiki, PFC Litex Lovech, Iraklis, PFC CSKA Sofia, Apollon Kalamarias, Anorthosis Famagusta and Ergotelis FC. APOEL announced that it came to an agreement with the Albanian international in the January tranfer window. He signed a two year contract keeping the defender at the club until May 2009.
