Altınordu S.K.

Altınordu Spor Kulübü is a football club from İzmir. It was founded in 1923 as a breakaway from Altay SK. Team colours are red and navy.
Another club founded out of Altay SK is Göztepe A.Ş. in 1925. Altınordu played in First League between 1959-1965 and 1966-1970. She declined slowly after 1968 and relegated to Third League in 1978. She returned to Second League next year and remained 13 season in it. She declined again since 1991 and lost her professional status in 1995-96 season. She regained one after matches of Amateur Football Championship in Trabzon in 2003. She improved his performance by season by and miised directly promotion by average against Konya Şekerspor in Third Group of Third League in 2007-2008 season. She participated Extra Play-Off matches in Trabzon and promoted to Second League, who is third tier of Turkish League after beating 1-0 successively Bingöl Belediyespor and Keçiörengücü.
