Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Star Jones, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Star Jones, you will be blocked from editing. Jonathan (talk) 02:09, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
Whoa, guys. Hang on. I added factual information that was not heretofore available in her article. I said nothing slanderous about her. YOU guys deleted properly researched, referenced, and cited edits. You pounced on this stuff in a matter of seconds -- are you like vultures, just waiting to pounce on someone who doesn't appreciate bigoted comments by Ms. Jones?

- You deleted, by character count, roughly three-quarters of the article in your edits (diff). That hardly counts as "adding" in my book. It's exactly what you were warned for: deleting information. —C.Fred (talk) 02:34, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

- Oh crap -- that's EXACTLY when my laptop rebooted (well, technically, 19:54:36 CST per the Windows EventLog), and Firefox restored my previous session. Damn, damn, damn -- I'm really sorry about that guys. Sorry I didn't see that diff earlier, or I wouldn't have even asked.
-
- I apologize for my laptop crashing (I know, not my fault, but what else can I do but apologize?), and I won't use the Firefox restore again in the future -- that definitely appears to be an unsafe option! Thanks for fixing the mess I made.
