I don't think so, but maybe for the 3rd Alpha site on P4X-650 which was a mini-SGC.

I believe (though I can't recall the episode) that at one point Atlantis was designated as a place to evacuate people to in the case of an Ori victory. Do you know if it was ever officially designated as an "Alpha/Beta site"? --Philosopher ^{Let us reason together.} 00:00, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

I never heard of that. It must have been speculation out there on the internet.
